Originally a female-focused brand, Your Skin Aesthetics CONCRETE ensured that Misbah’s brand tone of voice and ethos underwent a full rebrand following research revealing a 350% surge in male and non-binary collagen interest in2023. CONCRETE redesigned the identity, product packaging, built a new brand strategy, and launched an online store. A five-year sales and residency plan was devised, targeting £1M revenue within three years and ensuring a platform for product and treatment placements in beauty clinics, hotels, and private client services worldwide.
