Middle Temple, one of London’s historic Inns of Court and home to generations of barristers, worked with CONCRETE on a two year programme to refresh its digital presence. We introduced a consistent rhythm across social media and digital marketing, supported by new brand guidelines that overhauled the look and feel of the Inn’s communications.
At the same time, CONCRETE created the brand The Garden Room, transforming an underused café into a destination. A new menu introduced aperitivo sharing plates, elevenses and afternoon tea to maximise the revenue potential of the space throughout the day. CONCRETE also engaged premium food brands including Prezzemollo et Vitale and Badiani Gelato as partners in the offering.
What began as a 12 week pop-up became a 15 month resounding success, significantly increasing revenue and positioning the space as a proven proposition for a future third-party catering partner. Alongside this, CONCRETE reshaped the weddings and events offer through a business plan, revenue projections and tiered price point packages for the sales team to increase bookings and awareness.
